The concept of a friendlier, more trusted, and greener car servicing provider was born out of NSW’s Hunter region in early 2018. Helped by understanding customer frustrations when it comes to car servicing, Green Bean Auto set out to make a real and lasting change to how customers viewed their local mechanic.
A lack of trust, customer service, huge dealership service costs, and the annoyance of leaving your car at the workshop… were just a few areas we set out to improve upon greatly. Throw in the mix the fact that car servicing isn’t the most eco-friendly industry… we realised we could be doing so much more for the environment too. So if you are looking for a mobile mechanic in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, Green Bean Auto is the first choice.
Fast forward to the present day, and we’re full beans ahead! (not steam) With countless 5-star ratings from customers that swear by our service, and a fleet of 100% carbon offset vehicles, as well as 5% of our profits donated to Australian native forest regeneration… we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve started.
