Yes, thank you. Payment needs to be made in full at the completion of the job.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, and all major credit cards including American Express. (In the instance the repair costs are greater than is afforded please see below).

If your car is in need of urgent repair/s but the quote is higher than you’d budgeted for, we can assist you with interest free repayments to help you get back on the road sooner.

You bet it is! All of our services and repairs are fully guaranteed for 24 month or 20,000kms (whichever comes first). Please see our Green Bean guarantee to see exactly how you’re covered.

We sure can. With our fully equipped vans we can carry out just about all repairs at your home or workplace. In the instance a job is too large or complex for your home or workplace, we can offer offsite facilities to get the job done. If you think you’ll require offsite servicing or repairs please contact us. 

Yes, they are. All of our mechanics have been in the trade for 4 or more years and are required to continue further trade specific education. Please note, in some cases an apprentice mechanic may accompany a fully qualified technician for training purposes.

If your vehicle requires any specialty parts to be ordered prior to a repair, then the ‘parts cost’ must be paid for in full prior to the work commencing. This amount will then be deducted from the total repair cost at the completion of the job.

To allow our technicians to safely and effectively work on your car we require it to be parked in a driveway, or another sealed and level ground on private property. For the safety of our employees the vehicle cannot be parked on a public road. *Battery replacement and minor repairs may allow for roadside work to take place. 

We can normally arrange a technician to come to your home or work within 24 hours of making the booking. However, if your vehicle requires specialty parts to be ordered this may take a little longer.

Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) with an on-site arrival time of 7:30am through to our last arrival time of 3:30pm. Office hours are 9:00am – 4:00pm. 

Diagnostic services are used to determine a fault with your car and will incur a call-out fee of $129 (inc. 15-mins labour). Any additional labour required will be charged out at the industry standard rate in 15-minute intervals.
